Aftermarket PAAK (Phone as a Key) - KEYDIY device looks interesting - Thoughts?

I know its a "first world problem" for sure, but I cannot STAND the ginormous size of the F150 key fob. So much so that I bought an aftermarket one that uses the "small" coin cell battery and made a thinner back for it (about half as thick overall as the regular fob). Its still HUGE though and I can't stand it.

I was lamenting the fact that the ICE/PB F150's don't have PAAK available like the Lightning does, and thought to myself "I wonder if there are aftermarket solutions". Well, yes...
