Rear turn signal out - replace under warranty?

Hi all,

King Ranch with OEM LED lights.

I've had a small crack in my driver's side rear tail light since only a couple weeks after getting my vehicle (2 years now). It hasn't been an issue until this past week when the turn signal stopped working. Brake light and back up light appear to work. I know the whole assembly typically needs replacing, but since I'm under 3 years, would I be able to replace under warranty? Curious if they would point to the crack not offer warranty work.
