My warranty expired on Saturday 08 June. I had a CEL pop at around 7PM. (Great timing) Took a picture with another phone in the picture with date and time displayed then made an appt on line with my nearest dealer for a Monday afternoon drop off. Ford denies the claim because the vehicle was not at the dealer on that date even though they were closed along with their customer service phone. Do I have any recourse ?
