Wiring diagrams for switches above the display

I am in the process of converting my stx with the 8" screen and 2 button bezel to a 12" screen with the 3 button bezel and adding HDC at the same time.

My current configuration is a split auto start/stop and camera button on the left and a split hazard/traction control button on the right.

I have ordered the split hazard and HDC button for the middle location on the new bezel and the standalone traction control button for the right location.
