My NOCO Genius 10 purchased in July of 2023 'died' last month (no lights whatsoever when plugged into known good outlet, both connected to a good battery for charging and not connected to a battery as for power-supply mode). I contacted them via the website support page, explained the situation, promptly got an email with RMA number requesting I return only the bare unit without any clips or other pieces.
I returned it via cheapest UPS ground in a closely fitted box at a cost of about $17...
